Cara is amazing and the best Realtor we have ever worked with! In a 12 day buying trip, we looked at 28 condos; negotiated a purchase; and had our appraisal and inspection completed. To have this happen in the US is impossible, truly amazing in the Virgin Islands. We decided to purchase a condo in St Thomas. I started asking questions in July in Minnesota about purchasing property in the VI’s. I was given the name of a Minnesota realtor that had previously lived and worked in St Thomas. The first thing she said to me was, go with Cara, you won’t find anyone better. She was right. From the moment I contacted Cara, I knew she was looking out for our best interest. Price ranges, types of units, bedrooms, views and a bunch of other wants were discussed. Within a few days, Cara put together an on line listing of approximately 50 condos for me to look through remotely. We went on the buying trip in August and closed in September. I would never go with anyone else to purchase a condo/home in the Islands. It didn’t matter if her company was listing the condo, or another. Her integrity to make sure we purchased the right home for us stood out 10 fold. 1 year later, we LOVE our new home still. Cara, thank you for everything.
