E305 Sapphire Beach Resort

Beautiful beachfront condominium on the white sands of Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. This is a villa unit, meaning it is two floors. There is a large master suite upstairs with a king bed, desk, and sitting area; along with its own bathroom and private patio. The downstairs has the kitchen, dining area, living room and a work space; along with its own bathroom and private patio.

The building sits directly on the beach and faces towards St. John and the British Virgin Islands. This is also the primary direction of the breezes, offering cool tradewinds and no need for air conditioning, though that of course remains an option.

I personally own at Sapphire Beach Resort and have owned as many as three units at once. Why? Because I find it to not only be an excellent location, but also exceptional for vacation rentals. Income is excellent, and you can also use the condos yourself.

The resort has been undergoing renovations over the last several years, and the E building where this one sits was just completed in October 2015. They replaced or refurbished outside wood, masonry structure was repaired including sections of re bar, and new tile was placed at the entries and patios. Brand new sliding glass doors and windows were replaced recently as well. The resort has not looked better in ten years and continues to improve.
